Returns
Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of our garments, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or preference-related reasons. Please refer carefully to our size guide and product descriptions before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily offer a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible:
•You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
•The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
•Provide clear photos of the defect or issue

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items sent in error. If the item you receive is not what you ordered or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are not available unless the item is faulty and we cannot replace or repair it. In such cases, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method.
Refunds will not be granted for:
•Change of mind
•Delayed shipping due to courier issues
•Incorrect size selected by the customer
Sale & Clearance Items
All sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
